You could catch a local bus from Udaipur airport’s bus stand to Ranakpur; the route is usually the cheapest and takes about two hours. From the Ranakpur bus stop you can walk a few minutes to the temple. If you need a place to stay, the WelcomHeritage Maharani Bagh Orchard Retreat is only a bit over three kilometres from the temple and offers decent rooms without breaking the bank. It’s a good base for exploring the area.
