If you’re staying at the Clubhouse Hotel Chandigarh Mohali you can walk up to the tower in about ten minutes. The observation deck stays open until midnight, so you can get a quick panoramic view just before the 9 pm light show starts and then head down for a quick stroll through the nearby Mohali Market to grab a snack. This keeps the whole stop under two hours.
