You could also catch the state bus that leaves Jaipur City Bus Stand at 7 a.m., 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.; it stops directly at the Nawalgarh bus stand. If you’re not in a hurry, that’s a cost effective option. From Nawalgarh the Jhunjhunu railway station is about 25 km, roughly a 35 minute drive. If you plan to stay nearby, the Roop Niwas Kothi Hotel in Mandawa is a convenient spot. Does anyone know if the 7 a.m. bus still runs this season?
