If you’re looking for a quick cultural stop after the hill, the Lingaraj Temple is only a short drive away and its 16th century architecture offers a nice contrast to the ancient stupas. From there you could head to the Bhubaneswar Market near the main bus station for a quick taste of local snacks and everyday life. When you’re ready to relax, the Hotel O Saket Homes in Bhubaneswar provides a comfortable base close to both the hill and the city centre.
