The 7 bus from Sabarmati Ashram to Kankaria Lake leaves every 20 minutes and the lake stalls open at 9 am, so you’ll catch fresh snacks before the crowds grow. After the lake, the Lemon Tree Hotel Rajkot is a cheap, well rated option a few kilometres away.
