You can start at the east side of the vintage car gallery in the morning when the light is soft and then hop straight to the lower balcony of the costume hall for a backlit view of the embroidered fabrics. From there a quick walk takes you to Riverside Palace’s terrace, giving a clean river backdrop. If you need a place to pause between shots, Hotel The Grand Regency is a short stroll from both spots.
