The best light for the bastions is early dawn or late afternoon when the sun is low and casts long shadows across the semi circular walls. Try heading out around 6 a.m. to catch the sunrise glow, or around 5 p.m. for a warm, golden hue. If you’re staying near Vijayawada, the Lemon Tree Premier Vijayawada offers easy access to the area.
