A good way to fit all three in one day is to start at Vishalgarh Fort first, then head to Ujjayanta Palace, and finish with Neermahal Palace before sunset. The 10 km hop to Ujjayanta takes about 20 minutes by cab, and the 40 km stretch to Neermahal is roughly an hour. A local taxi or a pre booked private hire is the most flexible option; buses run less frequently and can add extra time. If you’re staying near the city, The Parkline offers a convenient base and easy cab access to the sites.
