If you’re looking for the most relaxed evening, late October or early November works best the rains just finished so the lake’s green and the air is cooler. Bus departures after 5 pm are hourly, and the last one around 7 pm still gets you there in time for sunset. A shared taxi can be booked a day ahead if you want to avoid any waiting.
