You could do everything in one day if you leave the airport around 6 am. From Visakhapatnam Airport a pre booked taxi or the Dolphin Hotel shuttle drops you near Baruva. After the beach and lighthouse, hop on a local auto to Srikurmam Temple about a 40 minute ride. That keeps the whole trip under 12 hours.

A quick walk from the stepwell takes you to a small stall right beside Bindu Sarovar that specializes in fresh khandvi and dhokla. The translucent khandvi rolls look great in close up shots, and the steaming dhokla adds texture. If you want a more formal setting later, The Grand Raveta is about 27 kilometres away and offers a polished thali.

If you’re staying at the President Hotel, you can walk straight from the palace gates onto the front fairway, then turn right to frame the palace in the background while keeping the green in the foreground. The course is open 24 hours, but avoid large tripods on the greens. Try shooting early morning or late afternoon for softer light and less crowd on the course.

If you’re leaving Delhi late at night, the best option is to take the Delhi Gurgaon Expressway on NH 48 to Bahadurgarh and then board a local bus that stops right by the temple. The buses run roughly every 20 30 minutes, so you won’t be stuck waiting.

The temple’s open air courtyard is cooler in the evenings, so visiting after sunset is pleasant. If you prefer a quieter visit, aim for mid week in March; weekends can get a bit busier with local devotees.

Afterward, the Townhouse OAK Hotel C Pearls is just a short walk from the temple and offers a comfortable place to rest.
