The Science City’s “History of Gujarat” wing also has a miniature model of the Sidi Saiyyed Mosque courtyard, so kids can walk through a scaled version before seeing the real mosque outside. After that, a quick stroll takes you to the Ahmedabad Municipal Museum, which holds a modest collection of Mughal and Maratha artifacts for a quick taste of earlier local history. If you need a break, the ARTILLA INN is only a short walk away and offers a comfortable lounge for the kids.
