If you’re already in Anantapur after the airport, staying at Naveed residency keeps you very close to the Sri Devarajaswami Temple. From there you can walk to the temple, then hop on a taxi or bus to Lepakshi, and finish with the Belum Caves the next leg south. This keeps the whole loop in a day and avoids back tracking.
