If you’re staying at Ashok Villa, you’re only a short walk from the sunrise spot and can leave the room around 5:30 am to catch the early light. In mid October the sky is usually clear after the first week, with a 10 15 % chance of a brief shower, and temperatures stay around 12 °C at sunrise, rising to about 28 °C by noon. The same pattern applies to Hawa Mahal and City Palace.
