A quick way to see the full story is to hit Kangla first, then the museum, and finish at Loktak. The 30 km between the fort and the museum normally takes 15 20 minutes by car, while the 45 km stretch to Loktak usually needs about an hour on the main road. If you’re staying in Imphal, the PHOU OI BEE HOTEL is just a short walk from the bus stops that head out toward these sites, making it a convenient base.
