If you’re okay with a bit of walking, you could also take the local mini bus from the airport that drops off right at the Ranakpur bus stand. That stop is only a short stroll to the temple, and the fare is usually under ten rupees. For a cheap place to stay, the WelcomHeritage Maharani Bagh Orchard Retreat is about 3.2 km away and offers simple rooms that fit a tight budget. Have you checked the exact departure times for that mini bus?
