If you’re staying at Sea Shell Coral Cove, you can walk to the Port Blair jetty and hop on a local ferry that leaves every 30 45 minutes. The 30 minute ride lands you right on the calm reef. For a bit more activity bring a small inflatable raft or beach ball the shallow water is perfect for a gentle paddle while the kids build sandcastles. Early morning just after sunrise usually gives the clearest water and calmer waves, so that’s a good slot for snorkeling.
