If you’re arriving at the airport, a quick taxi to Sagarika Emporium takes about ten minutes and there’s free parking right outside the entrance. From the emporium the Cellular Jail is a 15 minute walk, and it opens at 8 a.m., so you can fit both stops into a short layover. After the jail, a short walk brings you to the TSG Grand, which offers a free shuttle back to the airport.
