If you’re heading from Nainital, the shared taxi usually departs early morning around 7 am and takes about an hour and a half to reach Jauljibi. Arriving before noon gives you a full day to walk the confluence and explore the fair stalls before the evening crowds swell. This timing also keeps you out of the late afternoon heat that can hit early May.
