If you’re okay with a bit more distance, XYST Notting Hill Mussoorie is about 0.38 km from Gun Hill and sits just a short walk from Mussoorie Lake. The hotel has a pool and a kids’ play area, so the kids can splash after the cable car ride. The rooms are spacious enough for a family of four, and the view of the lake from the balcony is a nice bonus.
