A quick detour to the Kinnerasani Wildlife Sanctuary is doable in about 30 km. The main trail is a one hour walk where you’ll see deer, peacocks and sometimes crocodiles by the river. After the walk, the nearby village market is a good spot for a snack and a few handmade bangles. If you need a place to stay, the Lemon Tree Premier Vijayawada is a comfortable option a short drive away.
