If you’re aiming for the clearest views, the first half of October is usually a bit less windy than late November. The mornings are cooler and the light is softer, which helps when you’re taking photos of the stupa. Also, the local markets in Rajgir tend to be busier in early October, so you’ll get a more vibrant atmosphere. If you prefer a quieter weekend, late November’s crowds thin out a little, but the days can get a touch cooler. Either way, staying at a place like Hotel Gridhakuta International would keep you close to the site and give you easy access to the rest of the town.
