Best time for a quiet walk at India Gate?

I’m planning a quick visit to India Gate and want to avoid the crowds. I heard it’s open 24 hours and that the early mornings are peaceful. Is there a particular month or day of the week that’s best for a quiet stroll? Also, would you recommend starting right after sunrise or waiting a bit?

Early mornings on weekdays, especially Tuesdays and Wednesdays, are usually the quietest. If you can arrive right after sunrise, the light is good and crowds are still minimal. Waiting a few minutes after sunrise lets the last of the night time visitors leave, so you’ll get a clear view of the gate without the usual bustle.
