A quick way is to start at the Basilica, walk to Se Cathedral, then hop in a taxi to Fort Aguada. From there a short drive takes you to Calangute Beach, a quick auto or bus to Anjuna Flea Market, and finish at Chapora Fort. All these points lie within a 30 km loop, so a single driver or shared auto will cover the whole day without extra transport. If you need a break before heading out, Treebo Rock Valley is just under 14 km away and easy to reach by cab.
