If you’re staying at Super Hotel O Jawahar Marg you can drop the cab there and catch bus 39A straight to Pakora Point. The bus runs every 15 20 minutes, so you won’t miss the free, all day entry. On the way back the same route works, saving you an extra cab. If you drive, the free parking at the viewpoint makes it easy to leave the car and walk up.
