If you land at Veer Savarkar, the taxi to Sagarika Emporium is about 10 minutes. From there the Cellular Jail is a short 15 minute walk. If you want a quick break before heading back, the TSG Grand is only 400 metres away and offers a shuttle back to the airport, so you can grab a coffee and still make it in time.
