I’ve seen the old colonial bungalow turned museum up close; its teak furniture still looks like it was set up in the 1920s. Above it, the tea shaded terrace hosts a small stage where local tribes perform their traditional dance during the summer months. If you’re staying near the hill, the Mayfair Palm Beach Resort Gopalpur is a convenient base for visiting both the museum and the nearby Putudi Waterfall. Have you checked if the coffee garden hosts any seasonal festivals?
