If you’re heading out around 4   5 PM, the back of island beach near the Sea Shell Havelock resort usually stays quieter than the main market. You’ll also find the small fishing village of Diglipur’s pier pretty calm at that hour, so a walk there can be a nice, relaxed alternative.
