If you’re only there for the light show, the tower lights up around 9 pm and stays on until midnight. A 45 minute walk to Sukhdev Park after the show gives a relaxed end to the evening. If you want the best city view, head up about an hour earlier; the sky is clearer and you can catch the sunrise over the city the next morning. The market near the tower is a quick five minute stroll, so you can grab a snack and finish the night.
