If you’re already staying at Hotel Royal Grand Heritage, you can walk a few minutes to the lighthouse or hop on a rickshaw. From the airport, a taxi takes about 45 minutes straight to Puri and drops you near the bus stand, where you can catch a local minibus that stops right by the lighthouse. The railway station is a few kilometres away, so a short cab or rickshaw from there is still needed.
