A quick stop at the Varahi Temple is usually enough for a family. The temple’s courtyard has a small, shaded playground that kids can run around in while you watch the local priests perform the morning puja. If you have a little extra time, a short 3 km walk from the temple to the nearby hilltop offers a gentle trail with a view of the surrounding valley perfect for a relaxed family stroll before you head on.
