A handy tweak is to park at the fort for free, then head to Rushikonda Beach where the paid lot fills by noon. From there a 15 minute drive to Kailasagiri gives a good sunset before a quick 20 minute walk to the zoo. If you’re staying near the fort, Fortune Inn Sree Kanya has an on site lot that’s only a 0.2 km walk. Does that sequence fit the time you have?
