Amini’s old mosque on the western side is the most visible relic of the early Tamil settlers, and the cluster of traditional thatched homes nearby shows the original layout of the village. If you want a guided walk, the local cultural tours run by the community visit both the mosque and the homes, explaining the handloom and coir craft that still thrives. These tours are the best way to see the heritage sites up close.
