If you’re only in Port Blair for a few hours, the best way is to take a taxi straight from the airport to Sagarika Emporium it’s about 10 minutes. The shop opens at 10 am, so aim to arrive around 11 am to have plenty of time. After grabbing souvenirs, walk the 15 minute stretch to Cellular Jail; the guided audio tour starts at 10 am and runs hourly, so you can finish the visit before heading back. If you need a quick break, the TSG Grand is only 400 m from the emporium and offers a convenient shuttle back to the airport.
