If you’re staying at Super Hotel O Jawahar Marg, you can drop the cab there and catch bus 39A. The bus stops at the Pakora Point Bus Stop and the walk to the viewpoint is under five minutes. On the return, the same line comes back, so you avoid extra cab costs. If you drive, note that the free parking lot closes around 10 pm, so plan to leave early.
