If you’re staying at Super Townhouse Trivandrum Near Padmanabhaswamy Temple, the palace is just a quick walk away, so you can skip the cab. From the railway station, you can hop on the local 24 hour bus that stops right by the temple, then walk the remaining 0.5 km. If you’d rather avoid walking with luggage, a short taxi from East Fort Bus Stand is still the fastest option.
