You could leave Bhopal around 5 am, reach Sanjan Bagh by 6, then drive 20 km to Sanchi for the stupas before lunch. After a quick break, head 30 km to Bhimbetka and finish by sunset. If you need a place to drop bags before the return drive, a stop at Hotel Morya Meghdoot is only a few minutes from the city centre.
