A quick walk from Chauth Mata to the Jodhpur Clock Tower gives the kids a chance to run around the square and you can grab a light breakfast from a stall there. From the tower you can head straight to Mehrangarh, which opens early and lets you beat the midday heat. If you need a break before the fort, consider staying at FabHotel Prime The Jodhpur it’s just a few kilometres away and offers family rooms.
