A quick note Wilson Point has a small platform that can get crowded by 6 am on Saturdays, but by 5:30 am on a Tuesday or Wednesday you usually see a clear, crisp view before the lake’s reflection starts. If you’re staying at Citrus Chamber Mahabaleshwar, you’re only a few hundred metres away, so you can beat the crowds. Do you plan to head out right at dawn or give yourself a little buffer?
