If you’re short on time, a walk from Bindu Sagar straight to the Lingaraj Temple is the quickest way to see a major landmark. The temple is just a 1.5 km stroll and you can get a good view of the 12 storey sanctum and carvings before heading back. If you need a quick break, Gokul bhawan is only 0.44 km away and has a nice café area.
