If you’re already in Dimapur, a direct cab to Khomi is usually the fastest, about 1½ 2 hours for the 45 50 km stretch. The train to Dimapur takes roughly an hour, then the cab time is the same. If you want a place to stay before the last leg, the Niraamaya Retreats Aradura Kohima is only about 2 km from the city centre and gives you a good base for a shared taxi the next morning. Have you checked the train timetable for your departure day?
