If you’re only in for a quick walk, heading out right after opening around 7 a.m. is best the winding roads are still quiet and the spice rows look fresher. By 3 p.m. most visitors have started arriving, especially on weekends, so you’ll see more vehicles and a thicker crowd. If you’re staying nearby, Regenta Resort Sakleshpur is close to the trailheads and gives you easy access to the plantation without a long drive.
