The temple is open from about 6 a.m. until 7 p.m., so if you want the quietest time you’ll be there before the crowds arrive. Afterward, the Imphal Zoo is just a five minute walk and has a small playground that kids love. If you’re looking for a nearby stay, Hotel Yaiphaba is under a kilometre and has family friendly rooms. Do you need any tips on getting a taxi from the airport?
