A good spot to stop before the fort is the Gurudwara Sri Guru Ram Das Sahib right next to the railway station; it’s a quick walk and gives a nice view of the town’s layout. The fort’s ramparts are great for panoramic shots of the surrounding fields, and the old watchtowers still stand, so spend a bit of time exploring those. If you have time, a quick walk around the nearby Ramgarhia Bagh park offers a quiet place to rest before heading back.
