You could start at the temple around dawn, then head straight to Deoria Tal the drive is about an hour and spend around 45 minutes by the lake. From there a quick 15 minute drive takes you to Chopta where you can walk the pine forest and catch a view of the Himalayas for about an hour before looping back to the temple. If you’re staying at Humming Bird By Aaryam in Ukhimath, the whole loop fits comfortably into a day and you’ll still have time to enjoy the temple’s 24 hour opening. How early do you plan to leave?
