If you want a quick meditation break, the quiet ridge near the base of the Great Himalayan National Park offers a good spot just a short walk from the main trail. After the park, head to Tirthan Valley and stop at the old tea estate for a short stretch by the river. For a place to stay close to Saklecha, consider a homestay in the nearby village; they usually have simple rooms and local food, and it keeps you within walking distance of the temples.
