If you’re heading to Radhanagar, the coastal NH53 stays clear until about 8 am, so leaving right after 7 am is best. For Elephant Beach the back road is a bit longer but it usually stays free until 9 am; a 9:30 am start keeps you out of the forested stretch that can slow heavy vehicles. A quick stop at Heaven Stay for a quick refuel and a traffic update before you leave can keep the drive smooth.
