A quick plan is to hit the fort first, park for free, then head to Rushikonda around 7 8 am to beat the midday rush. After a 45 minute lunch break, drive the 10 km to Kailasagiri, aim to be there by 2 pm for sunset, then finish with a 20 km drive to the zoo for a late afternoon walk. If you’re staying nearby, Fortune Inn Sree Kanya has an on site lot that’s only a short walk from the fort.
