If you only have a few hours, Shringa Rishi Temple is the quickest detour it’s just five kilometres and you can spend about an hour or so walking the trails and seeing the temple. From there you can head back to Banjar without a long drive. If you want a little more nature but still keep the round trip under four hours, a quick visit to the Great Himalayan National Park’s entrance area is doable plan for around two to three hours, including the short walk to the viewpoint. If you’re staying in Jibhi, Madpackers Jibhi is a convenient base and close to the road that takes you to both spots.
