If you’re staying near the fort, Fortune Inn Sree Kanya is only a few minutes away and has a free on site parking spot, so you can drop your bike there and walk into the fort. After lunch at the beach, a quick 15 minute drive to Kailasagiri usually keeps you ahead of the late afternoon traffic. This way you finish the day before the zoo’s evening lights come on.
