You could start early at the Basilica of Bom Jesus, then head to Se Cathedral, next go to Fort Aguada, swing by Calangute Beach, stop at Anjuna Flea Market, and finish at Chapora Fort. All are within a 30 km loop so a rented car or a local taxi will get you around in a day. If you prefer a stay nearby, Treebo Rock Valley is just under 14 km from the church and would be a convenient base for the day.
